Barry M Nail effects

Don't worry, I know my nails totes clash with my bag but that's just the kinda girl I am x

Meaning to blog about this for a while now so here goes – Barry M Nail Effects nail varnish is totally the best thing ever.
Being someone who has quite a low-key beauty routine (I’m hopeless at false nails, hair extensions – the whole shabang), I completely fell in love with Barry M’s easy to use Nail Effects. Simply apply a base coat, wait to dry obvs, and then put one coat of Nail Effects over the top. At first you think “what the frig have I done?” as it just looks like a big black blob on your previously perfectly manicured talons but a few moments later the nail varnish separates and creates a cracked effect. Perfect for leopard print or graffitti inspired manicures, I went for a red base to try out a Ladybird look and loved it! Next time I reck I am going to apply a bronze colour so I can have leopard print claws.
My advice is to apply a clear coat over the top as mine chipped quite quickly.

Leopard print and Aviator chic

Had one of those “why don’t I ever have anything to wear” moments the other day so hit up The Trafford Centre and got some new threads.

NewLook is awesome at the moment, I bought leopard print harems for £22.00 – absolute bargain! Naturally, I had to debut them on a night on the town.

I teamed the pants with my £12 Primark lace-up heels, Asos bangles and a trusty basic black tee from Topshop – Wardrobe Essential 101 – and the necklace is actually a Bando from Accessorize.

Also, as it is starting to get a wee chilly out, I simply had to work my sold out H&M Aviator jacket.

Hope you like the look! New looks coming soon and video content once I can get my video camera hooked up to my laptop.

Stalk her Style: Marina Diamandis

*New Fashionista Alert*

Marina Diamandis, singer of Marina and the Diamonds, is fast becoming my new fashion favourite!

She gets snaps from me for her fabulous Vivienne Westwood bowling bag but her style is both unique and affordable as she favours high street brands like Motel Rocks.

The star describes her style as cartoon-like and it is easy to see why as it is bright and exaggerated.

Leopard print prom dress

This bright leopard print dress from Matalan perfectly encapsulates Marina’s wild style and is only £25.

Kim Kardashian: Bikini Queen

No one can work a bikini quite like Miss K, her curves are perfection and it would be a crime to not show them off in her signature two piece.
